School transition component

Student Center

An area where new students can go to share their feelings with a trusted adult and peers. A place where the transition support team can meet with the new students and where some of the school transition activities can take place.

A student space. Having a place for the new students, students, and transition support team to meet provides a safe space for socio-emotional support.
