Transition Support Team

Adminstrators, teachers, students, and counselors (if there is one) are a part of this team to pair up with new students for a minimum of one month of entering into the new school. This intiative should be there for any new student coming at any time of the year. This team will guide the new student through all the things they need to know about the academic and social school parts of school life.
